Last updated: 26 June 2026. This disclaimer applies to all forecasts, estimates, calculators and reports produced by SriWatt, operated by Matrika OÜ. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

1. Estimates, not guarantees

SriWatt produces energy-yield forecasts (including P50/P90 figures), generation, revenue, savings, payback and return-on-investment estimates. Where a SriWatt Hardware device is deployed on your site, these are indicative model outputs grounded in direct, on-site measured climate and soiling data — the ground-truth measurement that is the core of our deep-tech subscription; without a deployed device they are based on the inputs you provide and on third-party data. In either case they remain probabilistic projections, not promises of future results. Ground-truth measurement narrows the uncertainty but does not remove it: actual performance and financial outcomes will still differ and depend on factors outside our control — including future weather variability, equipment specification and installation quality, grid availability, tariffs, degradation, soiling, shading, maintenance and your own usage.

2. Not professional advice

SriWatt outputs are provided for planning and pre-sales purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal or professional engineering advice, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment, financing, procurement or construction decision. You should obtain independent professional advice and a detailed engineering design before committing to a project.

3. Measured, third-party and modelled data

For sites with a deployed SriWatt Hardware device, forecasts are informed by our own direct, on-site measurements of sunlight, weather and soiling — the field ground truth that distinguishes SriWatt from purely modelled tools. Alongside or in the absence of that measured data, forecasts also draw on third-party sources such as NREL PVWatts (solar radiation and weather) and various public and estimated electricity-tariff sources. For several regions, retail electricity prices are estimates or proxies rather than exact tariffs, and are clearly presented as such in the product. Sensor readings are subject to calibration, coverage and equipment limitations, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or availability of measured or third-party data, which may change without notice.

4. Quotes and pricing

Prices, quantities, bills of materials and quotations generated in the product are indicative and for discussion only. They are not an offer and do not create a binding contract. Final pricing and terms are set out only in a signed agreement between you and the relevant supplier. Device availability, delivery estimates and booking terms are governed by our Booking Terms.

5. No warranty & limitation of liability

The SriWatt service and all forecasts are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Matrika OÜ accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on any estimate, forecast or other output of the service. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
